Founded in 2003 in Denver, Colorado, we have worked with organizations from small non-profits to Fortune 50 organizations across many industries. We have experience in various business domains, technology projects and business process improvement solutions. We help customers with coaching, training and consulting needs.

Our background is in software development and process improvement. These practices go hand-in-hand because great software demands solid business processes and rules. Business systems involve automated and manual processes; we find that often the problems are not with the automation, but with the manual steps in a process. So, stating the obvious, we continue to find situations where the solution is NOT software, but fixing a manual business process.

 

Jake Calabrese: Principal Consultant, Trainer & Coach

Jake Calabrese is a coach, consultant, and trainer at VimStreet who focuses on working with people, teams and organizations to improve. Jake has worked with organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 50 on a range of successful endeavors. Engagements include business product workshops, agile coaching, strategic analysis, process improvements, enterprise system replacements, and software process improvements.

Jake founded VimStreet in 2003 with the vision of bringing passion, energy, and straightforward talk to organizational challenges. He believes that people are the key to organizations thriving in a world that continues to speed up. Helping people, teams, and organizations overcome culture challenges, learn from conflicts and differences, and continue to get better is critical. Jake derives ideas, principles, and practices from professional coaching, lean, agile, scrum, radical management, co-active coaching, agile analysis, and organization relationship & systems coaching (ORSC). Jake is driven by the challenge of achieving this vision as he works to help people relentlessly learn and improve. An organization’s capacity to learn and improve is one of the most important factors of ongoing success.

Jake places direct, no-nonsense communications and customer involvement at the forefront of all his engagements.

Jake holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Penn State, and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) recipient, a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). He has completed training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
