Use Case Analysis & Modeling – Business Analysis Training

Use cases are a popular business analysis tool.  They provide significant benefits to the customer, other stakeholders and the project team.  Use cases provide a context to requirements that is vital for determining value, scope and needs.  Use cases can be used to simplify and streamline development processes, but must be used properly for each given situation–our course tackles these tough questions and challenges.
